John Chow published an interesting article on link building. Briefly summarized, the rules are:No comment spamming Be judicious with article marketing and guest blogging. Don’t spam forums with thousands of profiles Slowly build your social bookmarking presence Limit your directory budget to high quality directories Don’t be too concerned with page rank. Concentrate on views and SERP (search engine results page). Don’t spam for reciprocal links. Avoid link farms. Change your anchor text on different sites. A Thought about Digital Photography
I love digital cameras but I long for the days passed. The days when I use to look forward to developing my own film to see which, if any, of the photos I produced turned out. The dismay when I learned that I accidentally overexposed a whole roll of film or the delight to observe the film slowly developing into a roll of great photos. The thought I had to put into trying to save a photo that was poorly framed or exposed. The creative work of using my hands and my Beseler Photo Enlarger to work magic on the photo.
