Google has been updating its search algorithms so that it now can crawl and index fresh data on an enormous scale. Google calls this their Caffeine web indexing system. This new update to Google’s search algorithm will dramatically effect search results and traffic to individual sites. Caffeine will do the following:Find the latest information about events (e.g. the Occupy Movement) and hot topics. It will give priority to the freshest news information. Provide the most recent information for recurring events (e.g. Presidential Elections, Olympics).
