Consumer Reports has given AT&T the worse rating of all national cell phone services. CNN/Money provides the highlights of Consumer Reports report. I remember when AT&T was a reliable and customer friendly service. But that was before SBC took them over. SBC is a mish mosh of services that spreads across the globe like a Blob From Planet X. It is the inevitable outcome of a company that is looking for cheap labor to service customers that they don’t care a penny about.
